A Boupon Foundation Member demonstrates support for the Boupon concept with a donation towards the startup costs of building the Boupon Platform.
Boupon provides a certificate of recognition to each Foundation Member as well as an online Foundation Members’ Wall where the contribution of Foundation Members is publicly acknowledged. Foundation Members are able to select whether they desire this public acknowledgment.
Foundation Members are able to choose the level of contribution they make and whether they prefer a one-off payment or a continuing monthly subscription amount.
Boupon Foundation Members will receive ongoing reports on progress and special rewards and acknowledgment as the platform grows and it is hoped that they will eventually be among the first shareholders in a Boupon Initial Public Offering (IPO).
