Mixed Chicks Kids Shampoo
Now you can wash your little ones’ hair without all the fuss, with the Kid’s Shampoo from Mixed Chicks. Formulated specifically for children, it is gentle on the hair and scalp, yet effective in removing the dirt and grime children manage to get into their hair! Just work through wet hair, massage into lather, rinse…repeat if necessary. What you’ll be left with is hair that is soft, beautiful and moisturized!
Try not to shampoo curly hair more than 2x per week. Instead, use Mixed Chicks conditioning cleansing CO-WASH on some days, then follow with the Leave-in Conditioner.
How it started
For years, multi-cultural people with hard to manage hair traveled from store to store, trying to blend products in a hopeless attempt to tame their locks. Wendi LEVY (left) and Kim ETHEREDGE (right), two “mixed chicks”, created a product line because they needed it. Then, something happened…friends and family started encouraging them to package it, and soon they had a full blown business running out of the garage. After a little door to door hustling and a few celebrity endorsements, MIXED CHICKS is bringing their products to the world.

Works great for my kids hair, no tears and they are doing well being able to start washing on their own since they aren’t afraid of the shampoo. It cleans well but doesn’t strip too much oil which is perfect for their hair types. I can tell it is clean but it doesn’t do any damage in the process. We have multiple types of hair that we wash from Super kinky with very very tight curls, to almost straight but very coarse and then a slight curly with just a little coarseness to it. Works for everyone. The conditioner is great too!

This is the B E S T shampoo for my half jamaican half white 4 year old. She loves the smell, and followed with the mixed chicks conditioner and leave in conditioner her curls are perfect!!

I love the shampoo for my little kids and I use the leave in conditioner for my daughter, it gives beautiful curls. Only issue is that so far every time I get it, it’s never as full as it is in the picture. Will be contacting Amazon about that.

The pump bottles make it so easy for my daughter. Great Products! She used to use the regular Mixed Chicks (not for kids) but I don’t see a difference in the product… other than this one has a convenient pump.
